You can order products or use our service as followings,

1. Visit page "Shop & Cart", select product you interest and send information to us via cart option.

2. Visit page "Contact Us", send you requirement via message box.  

3. Visit page "Contact Us", find mobile phone or email or line , and select you conveninece channel.

4. Visit our Facebook Page, give requirement message or question to us.

All channel you selected, we will reply you asap.

ท่านสามารถสั่งซื้อสินค้า และแจ้งความประสงค์ในการใช้บริการ โดยผ่านช่องทางดังนี้

1. เข้าไปยังหน้า "Shop & Cart"  เลือกสินค้าที่ท่านสนใจ และส่งข้อความให้เราผ่าน ตระกร้า

2. เข้าไปยังหน้า "Contact Us"  และส่งความต้องการของท่านผ่าน กล่องข้อความ

3. เข้าไปยังหน้า "Contact Us" และเลือกดูที่ เบอร์มือถือ อีเมล์ หรือ ไลน์  และเลือกใช้ช่องทางที่ท่านสะดวก

4. เข้าไปเยี่ยมชมหน้าเฟชบุ๊ค และส่งข้อความหรือคำถามไว้ที่หน้าเพจ

ทุกช่องทางที่ท่านเลือก ไม่ว่าช่องท่างใด เราจะติดต่อกลับท่านโดยเร็วที่สุด

 

 

After we get your 40% payment, we will take time to produce around 20-45 days (up to type of product and confirm appointment). Because most of our product are make to order, we don't have stock.  
​Normally, we delivery product to all area and province as followings,

1. Free of Transportation Fee for Bangkok, Boundary Province.

2. Charge Transportation Fee for other Province, by reasonable or suitable with customer's distance.

3. On transportation day, we will install product and set up until ready to use.

 

 

หลังจากที่เราได้รับการชำระเงิน 40% จากลูกค้า  เราจะใช้เวลาในการผลิตสินค้าประมาณ 20 - 45 วัน (ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทสินค้า และการยืนยันการกำหนดส่ง)  ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากสินค้าส่วนใหญ่ เราผลิตตามคำสั่งซื้อ จึงไม่มีสต็อกสินค้า

โดยปกติ เราจัดส่งสินค้าทั่วประเทศ ทุกจังหวัด ดังนี้

1. ฟรีค่าจัดส่ง เมื่อจัดส่งในพื้นที่จังหวัดกรุงเทพ และปริมณฑล

2. มีค่าขนส่งสำหรับจังหวัดอื่นๆ ทั้งนี้จะคำนวณตามตามเหมาะสมของระยะทาง ที่ตั้งร้านของลูกค้า

After we receive your order or information, and contact back.

We will discuss and propose quotation, drawing and necessary information to you. After you confirm order, we will send Bank Account of SV Cool  to you for payment as normal condition as followlings,

1. Pay 40% from total amount by transfer Cash via Bank Account, for confirm order.

2. After delivery product or service complete, you necessary pay another 60% via Cash Payment or Cheque.

3. In case of Project, payment condition is up to Project's Agreement.

หลังจากที่ได้รับการสั่งซื้อหรือข้อมูลจากท่าน และได้รับการติดต่อกลับ เราจะสอบถามรายละเอียดท่านเพิ่มเติม เพื่อนำเสนอใบเสนอราคา แบบร่าง และข้อมูลที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้ท่านได้พิจารณาและยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ  จากนั้นเราจะส่งเลขที่บัญชีของ SV Cool ให้แก่ท่านเพื่อทำการชำระเงิน โดยมีเงื่อนไขปกติดังนี้

1. ชำระ 40% จากยอดรวม เป็นการล่วงหน้าเพื่อยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ

2. หลังจากที่จัดส่งสินค้าติดตั้ง หรืองานบริการเสร็จเรียบร้อย  ท่านจำเป็นต้องชำระ 60% ที่เหลือ โดยวิธีการชำระเงินสด โอนเงิน หรือ เช็ค ณ วันที่งานสำเร็จเรียบร้อย

3. กรณีที่เป็นงานโครงการ  เงื่อนไขการชำระเงินจะเป็นไปตามข้อตกลงโครงการ

 

SV Cool commit to warranty our products for 1 year as condition as followings,

1. In case of abnormal from production process or during transportaiton, we will repair with free of charge.

2. In case of abnormal come from customer, we will service with free of service charge. Only cost of spare part, consumable tool and transportation fee are charged suitable.

3. After overdue of warranty period, if customer request us to do maintenance job, there is some service charge + transportation fee + other are charged sutiable.

 

เราให้การรับประกันสินค้าเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังนี้

1. กรณีเกิดความผิดปกติ จากกระบวนการผลิตหรือจัดส่ง  เราจะรับผิดชอบในการซ๋อมบำรุง โดยไม่มีการคิดค่าบริการใดๆ

2. กรณีเกิดความผิดปกติ จากการใช้งานของลูกค้า เราจะให้บริการโดยไม่มีการคิดค่าบริการ แต่จะมีเฉพาะชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ อุปกรณ์สินเปลือง เช่น น้ำยาความเย็น  หรือค่าเดินทาง ที่จะมีการเรียกเก็บตามความเหมาะสม

3. กรณีที่เกินระยะเวลารับประกัน  หากลูกค้ามีความประสงค์เรียกใช้บริการซ่อมบำรุง เราจะคิดค่าบริการ ค่าเดินทาง และอื่นๆ ตามเหมาะสม
